Terms of Service
Effective October 25, 2026
These terms govern your use of Schedule Blender (the "service"). By signing in or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Schedule Blender reads busy times from the Google calendars you choose, works out when the members of a group are all free, and lets you book that time as a plan on your group's calendars. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Your account
- You sign in with a Google account, and you're responsible for activity under it.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires it.
- You give us permission to access your Google Calendar as described in the Privacy Policy, and to add plans to the calendars you mark for plans.
Groups and invitations
When you join a group, its other members can see your name, email address and when you're free. Only invite people who'd expect to hear from you, and only add plans to calendars you're allowed to change. A group's owner can remove members or delete the group.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass or spam others;
- try to access accounts, groups or data that aren't yours;
- interfere with, overload or probe the security of the service; or
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you add, such as group names and plan titles. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you and your groups.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or stop the service, or any part of it, at any time. We'll try to give notice of significant changes. The service depends on Google's APIs, and features may change if Google's do.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or your use puts the service or others at risk.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that free time shown is accurate or complete, that plans will be added to every calendar, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Always check your calendar before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, missed appointments or lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we'll update the date above and let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
